Epic Stuffed Bell Pepper by Chef Ras Ram Ji

I had the immense pleasure of working with Chef Ras (David Rameirez) on many private dinners and retreats. This is his delicious recipe.

To recreate the magic we have the full recipe on the youtube, go give that a watch to see how these peppers are prepared. The method David uses is very specific to really make these pepper melt in your mouth so watch carefully.

Recipe Ingredients

  • 6 Organic Bell Peppers

  • 1/4 onion

  • 2 stalks of celery

  • 2 clove of garlic

  • 1 carrot

  • 2 cups of organic white or brown rice

  • 2 cup vegetable broth

  • 4 tblsp organic coconut oil

  • 2 cans Muir Glenn's Organic tomato

  • 2 can Muir Glenn's crushed tomato

  • 1 tsp ground coriander

  • splash of Apple cider vinegar 4 oz.

  • Bella Capra Chevre goats milk cheese

  • 1 cup organic shredded mozzarella (can sub vegan cheese such as daiya)

  • 1 tbsp Herbes de province

  • dash of ground turmeric maybe 1/2 tsp

  • dash of ground clove maybe 1/4 tsp

  • sea salt & black pepper to taste


Chopped fresh parsley for garnish right on top.
