Lavender Amethyst Mocktail

Third eye tonic as I like to call it. The name is inspired by the colors of the amethyst crystal. It is a mainly purple stone which is said to balance the third eye, which is intuition. Hey doesn’t that sound groovy 😄.

This is meant to be just a beautiful purple light feminine refreshing drink. It’s really fun to serve to people and the foam adds another really wonderful texture. A fun drink to impress your friends. The lavender adds just a nice sweet flavor just a touch of floral undertone.

The special tool you might want to use is a whipping canister, but there are many many ways to create foam. Even a hand whipper will get you there.
