Cilantro Green Pepper Sauce (Vegan)

Makes 3 cups of dressing.


 

Ingredients

  • 1 roasted green pepper

  • ½ roasted jalapeno

  • ½ avocado

  • ⅓ cup chopped cilantro

  • 2 small cloves garlic

  • ½ cup vegan mayo

  • 3 tablespoons lime juice

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt (generous)

Method

1. Add prepared ingredients to a blender. Blend and enjoy.
