No Oil Cashew Dill Sour Cream (7 ingredients GF+V)

This recipe is fantastic. I like eating no added oil to foods. I feel lighter and cleaner. Adding too much oil to food can be unnecessary and unhealthy. While fats can activate foods like leafy greens to more bio-available, oil can be often overused. Oil doesn’t have very much flavor so we can switch out oil for natural fats that are unprocessed and whole foods. Cashews have a great naturally sweet and savory flavor.

A delicious and savory sour cream recipe less than 10 ingredients and perfect to have on hand for veggies and salads. I used to make this for my clients who were large dairy addicts and then thought it tasted like ranch dip. A fan favorite. Hope you enjoy as always sweepeas.
