Rosemary Wild Berry Mocktail

If you are wondering what a mock tail is? It is a non alcoholic cocktail. I have never in the 6 years I have been working as a private chef ever had to serve alcohol or offer it, because people love my virgin cocktails! Do people ask me to serve alcohol? Yes all the time, but I always say if they want they can just add alcohol to it so there’s variety. And on the day people drink it as is and love it, people are surprised even. I take my drink making seriously. I want to surprise my clients or guests. I want to change the way we think about “drinking" for pleasure.

Now about the flavors of the drink. This is a refreshing drink great in summertime or spring but really anytime. The Rosemary adds a really amazing aroma and there lime for tartness. It pairs well with really savory hot meal. Simple and refreshing.

Whether you want to drink alcohol or not with these drink recipe theres something for everyone. Treat yourself to something refreshing and special.
