Classic Plant Milk (V+Gf)

Dairy is not really very healthy for many people. 36% at least in the USA are lactose intolerant.

Symptoms of lactose intolerance can range from severe to mild. Symptoms could be bloating, gas, skin rashes, swelling in throat, stomach distress, IBS etc.

The dairy industry is also a very toxic buisness in many mainstream cases the cows are abused, traumatized, fed gmo grain like corn and soy.. No wonder dairy is making people unwell. Lets’ save the cows. More reason to swap milk for a homemade plant based option.

The amazing thing is using a high powered blender you can make your own milks at home with almonds, coconut, oats, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, cashews.. The list goes on and on. If you are just starting this dairy free journey I am honored you stopped by to take a look at this recipe.
